Returns
Items purchased may be returned to our shoppe within 14 days from purchase date for store credit or exchange. Items must be in new condition (un-worn, un-washed, un-altered) & must still have the original tags attached.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We offer FREE US shipping, yay! Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We pack our shipments with love & confetti, however The Doodling Bug® is not responsible for shipments via USPS after they leave our shoppe. Be sure to verify that your shipping address is correct. Tracking & insurance will be provided for every shipment, yay!
